Dr. Holsman is the founder and President & CEO of Holsman Physical Therapy and Wellness. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University's Sargent College, an MBA with High Honors from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, and a Master's in Teaching with a major in Health Education.
He is the developer of the proprietary No Fall Protocol® and HolStep™ Balance and Falls Prevention Program, and is certified in Dry Needling. He oversees a network of 17+ clinic locations across New Jersey and New York City, and mobile PT/OT services in Indiana.
Dr. Talati is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists — one of the most prestigious designations in physical therapy. He earned his DPT from Utica University and his Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Rivera holds the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification from ABPTS — a distinction held by fewer than 3% of licensed PTs in New Jersey. He earned his DPT from the University of Montana and his MS in Health Science from the University of the Philippines.
Dr. Desai is a Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) — one of only 78 NCS-certified PTs in New Jersey at the time of her certification. She earned her DPT from Temple University and specializes in complex neurological rehabilitation.
Dr. Mistry combines clinical expertise with a background in healthcare administration. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and functional mobility improvement, bringing a personalized, evidence-based approach to every patient.
Jessica is a bilingual occupational therapist serving patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her diverse clinical background spans orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, acute care, and geriatric therapy. She provides culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Santiago earned her DPT from Arcadia University and is a certified LSVT clinician — a specialized certification particularly beneficial for patients with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. She is recognized for her expertise in wellness, injury prevention, and evidence-based rehabilitation.
Brandon is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) — an advanced credential requiring demonstrated expertise in upper extremity rehabilitation from shoulder to hand. He specializes in treating complex shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions, as well as ADL impairments affecting daily function.
Vanessa began her career at Holsman as Office Manager of the flagship Clifton clinic and has grown alongside the company to oversee day-to-day operations across the entire network of clinics. Her dedication, work ethic, and deep institutional knowledge make her an essential part of the Holsman team.
